19/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The EU's High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy, Javier Solana, was to go to Skopje Thursday evening to meet the leaders of the main parties in the governmental coalition and opposition to discuss the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, signed in Luxembourg on 9 April (see EUROPE of 9/10 April, p.7), and the "Europe Committee", which brings together most parties on the question of improving interethnic relations.
