France's LGR EMBALLAGES and Germany's EDELMANN intend creating a joint structure responsible for investing in the luxury sector. Called PREMIUM PACKAGING SAS, both partners will have an equal stake. specialised in folding casings and other boxes for the hygiene and health, LGR EMBALLAGES had a consolidated turnover of 82 million euro in 2000 with six plants. CARL EDELMANN, for its part, manufactures special packaging for luxury items with a turnover of 110 million euro in 2000.
