The Dutch group FORTIS BANQUE is soon to make a bid for CALVE-DELFT, a Dutch investment company with a stock market capitalisation of 1.14 bn euro and with a 3% stake in UNILEVER. FORTIS BANQUE, which has a 22.8% stake in CALVE, will make its bid early May. This offer values an CALVE share at 62.6 euro, or 1.17 bn euro for all the company's ordinary shares.
