ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aeronautics

The French metal and mining group ERAMET has decided to pool its aeronautics and energy activities into a single company. ERAMET ALLIAGES, 100% subsidiary of ERAMET, is thus to pool the companies AUBERT & DUVAL, FORTECH and TECPHY into a "single entity provisionally called AUBERT & DUVAL HOLDING". This company will have an annual turnover of some 600 million euro.
