23/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - I understand the reasoning of the German government that is considering extending the national monopoly of Deutsche Post. This attitude is mainly due to impatience, stated the Commissioner for the Internal Market, Fritz Bolkenstein, this week in Brussels before the federal union of German suppliers of postal services.
