23/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - Friday evening we learned in Stockholm that the British and Spanish Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Jose Maria Aznar had written to President Prodi over the "single sky" project, blocked by the dispute over Gibraltar. In his letter, Mr Aznar invited the Commission to approve the proposal, including the suspending clause for Gibraltar. We will return to this in a later edition.
