The American internet access provider PSI-NET has begun the process for the sale of its French information technology services company DECAN (turnover FF 420 million for the financial period ending June 2000, with 700 employed). The transaction should be worth around FF 300 million. French TRANSICIEL and Dutch GETRONICS are apparently interested in this acquisition, as well as SWORD.
