ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecommunications

The BSCH bank is to become the fourth largest reference shareholder of the AUNA holding company, the main rival of TELEFONICA. Its stake will increase from 1% to 10%, which represents an investment of EUR 3 billion. The other main shareholders are ONDESA (28%), TELECOM ITALIA (27%) and UNION FENOSA (17%).
