ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) finance

The Japanese brokerage firm NIKKO SECURITIES is to sell half of the stake it holds in NIKKO TRUST AND BANKING, its fiduciary subsidiary, to the American financial services group CITIGROUP. The subsidiary will be jointly owned by NIKKO SECURITIES and CITIGROUP.
