FRANCE TELECOM will buy its 113.3 million shares held by the British VODAFONE for EUR 11.63 billion. According to previous agreements concluded between the two groups during the acquisition of ORANGE, FRANCE TELECOM undertook to buy its shares at a minimum guaranteed price. See EI of 31 May.
