The Finnish company NORDKEMI (turnover of around EUR 1 billion in 1999) sold a share of DYNOMER (annual turnover of EUR 20 million with 86 employees), Asian subsidiary specialised in coatings and certain polyesters, to CRAY VALLEY, the resin division of the ATOFINA chemical group (Franco-Belgian TOTALFINAELF group).
