The BANQUES POPULAIRES have signed a protocol agreement with the founding shareholders on the Franco-Polish bank BISE (own funds of 121.3 million Zylots with 26 branches and 630 employees) according to the terms of which they will hold 51% of the capital for EUR 41 million.
