France's MURE, specialised in metal frames and products for reinforced concrete, has taken over its compatriot ALLIANS, active in the same sector. This acquisition will double MURE's size, the accumulated turnover of the new entity exceeding FF 650 million, 300 million of which from ALLIANS.
