The Swiss bank BANCA DEL GOTTARDO (SWISS LIFE group) is to pay an undisclosed amount for the Swiss subsidiary of the German public regional bank WESTLB, currently held by the public regional banks of the Laender of Baden-Wurtemberg and Rheinland-Palatinate.
