The PRICE WATERHOUSE COOPERS group is to break up its activities into two separate operational entities, if not more. The first, which will keep the name, will cover audit, business advisory and taxation services while the management advisory services and other advisory services on mergers and acquisitions will above all be taken on by one or several of the other entities.
