According to The Observer, the British brewery and leisure group S&N - SCOTTISH AND NEWCASTLE is preparing to put its leisure centres, CENTER PARCS, up for sale for around £1 billion, in order to bring in sufficient liquidity to allow it to develop its brewery activities abroad.
