ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) capital goods

ALDES (sales of FRF 785 million in 1999), French leader in air quality technology for homes and office buildings, will be acquiring 100% of the Belgian firm EUROREGISTER, a maker of air control systems, for an undisclosed amount. In 2000, the new venture is expected to have consolidated turnover of FRF 1.1 billion with around 1,000 employees.
