The US manufacturer of information network material CABLETRON is to reorganise itself into four independent companies which will remain fully-owned subsidiaries specialised in specific fields. They will be called RIVERSTONE NETWORKS, ENTERASYS NETWORKS, GLOBAL NETWORK TECHNOLOGY SERVICES and APRISMA MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES.
