ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) games

BIGBEN INTERACTIVE, independent leader on the French market for accessories for consoles for video games, has taken a 100% stake in PLANET DISTRIBUTION (30.2 million euro turnover for the year ending March 1999, with some sixty collaborators), its British counterpart, for FF 56.4 million. This acquisition should enable BIGBEN to achieve a turnover of FF 710 million for the 1999-2000 financial year.
