09/03/2020 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission approved on Monday 9 March the acquisition of joint control of Rubis Terminal S.A., based in France, by I Squared Capital Advisors, LLC (ISQ), based in the United States, and Rubis SCA (Rubis), based in France. Rubis Terminal operates bulk storage terminals in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Turkey and is active in the wholesale and distribution of petroleum products in France.
