18/02/2014 (Agence Europe) - EIB supports wind energy in Netherlands. On14 February, a banking consortium, including the European Investment Bank (EIB), German KfW IPEX Bank and Dutch Rabobank, decided to provide a loan of €350 million to NOP Argowind for the construction of 26 new wind turbines in the existing Windpark Noordoostpolder in the Netherlands. Once complete, this wind turbine scheme will be the largest in the country with a total power output of 195 Megawatts. (OL/transl.fl)
