19/06/2012 (Agence Europe) - Mergers: Vitol-AtlasInvest/Petroplus Marketing. On Tuesday 19 June, the European Commission authorised the joint acquisition by Dutch companies Vitol Holding B.V (Vitol) and Alea Iacta Est BV (AtlasInvest) of assets currently controlled by Petroplus Group in Switzerland (Petroplus Marketing). Vitol trades in hydrocarbon financial products, runs oil and gas storage depots and prospects for oil and gas, while AtlasInvest runs private oil and gas investment schemes....
