22/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - According to estimates released by Eurostat on Wednesday 22 September, the euro area industrial new orders index fell by 2.4% in July 2010 compared with June 2010. In June, the index increased by 2.4%. In the EU27, new orders declined by 2.3% in July 2010, after a rise of 2.5% in June. In July 2010 compared with July 2009, industrial new orders grew by 11.2% in the euro area and by 12.5% in the EU27. (O.L./transl.rt)
