10/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 10 December, the European Commission gave to the go-ahead for a planned merger whereby KKR & Co. L.P. (of the United States) and General Atlantic LLC (also of the United States) will jointly buy up TASC Inc. (of the United States) by purchase of shares.
