11/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - The hostile takeover bid of $16 billion by the American Kraft Foods for the British confectionery company Cadbury was notified to the European Commission on Wednesday 11 November. The Commission has set a date of 14 December to rule on the operation, Reuters reports. (C.D./transl.fl)
