03/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - Libya's President, Colonel Kadafi, stated in an interview published on Saturday by the Berlin daily Der Tagesspiegel, that the "Barcelona process is dead". In his view, the Euro-Mediterranean process is an "instrument of domination" hindered by national interests, primarily British, in the EU.
