European Commission green-lights revised Lithuanian recovery plan

24/10/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Monday, 23 October, the European Commission approved Lithuania’s revised post-Covid-19 recovery plan, which includes a ‘REPowerEU’ chapter designed to expedite the energy transition and reduce dependence on Russian hydrocarbons (see EUROPE B13213A21).
