German group E.ON will be constrained by the Swedish authorities to buy up the whole of the Swedish group SYDCRAFT AB, that it plans to take over. The Swedish law on enterprise acquisition makes it compulsory, states The Financial Times Deutschland, to purchase 100% of the capital for takeover. See EI of 12 January.
