European Parliament adopts its position on revision of Directive on administrative cooperation in tax matters

13/09/23 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 13 September, the European Parliament voted by 535 votes to 57 with 60 abstentions in favour of the report for opinion on the revision of the ‘DAC8’ Directive governing administrative cooperation in tax matters (see EUROPE B13211A16). This revision has already been agreed by the EU Council in May (see EUROPE B13183A1).
