European Parliament validates interinstitutional agreement on organic dog and cat food

12/09/23 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 12 September, the European Parliament approved (592 votes in favour, 12 against and 21 abstentions) the agreement between EU institutions on the labelling of organic pet food. The rapporteur on this dossier is Martin Haüsling (Greens/EFA, German). The EU Council still has to adopt the text before it comes into force.
