Poland reiterates its request to not have to pay daily fines following EU Court of Justice ruling in late 2021

04/11/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission said on Friday 4 November that it had received a new letter from the Polish government asking it to cease its demands for daily fine payments as decided by the EU Court of Justice in late 2021. Warsaw had already sent a letter before the summer, the Commission added, but its position remains unchanged.
