Czech Presidency of EU Council holds position on conditions for triggering legal presumption of employment for digital platform workers

On 8 December, the Czech Presidency of the EU Council will seek a general approach over the Digital Platform Workers Directive. It will convene Member States during November to prepare for this agreement, with a further meeting of the EU Council working group scheduled to take place on 15 November.

According to some sources, the Presidency text, which was amended in a new compromise submitted on 28 October, may not be subject to any further substantive changes since a level of equilibrium...
