EU reinstates definitive anti-dumping duty on products from Brazil, Russia and Iran

13/12/23 (Agence Europe) – The European Union has decided to impose a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain iron and steel products from Brazil, Iran and Russia by means of an implementing regulation published in the Official Journal of the EU on Wednesday 13 December. The decision follows the scheduled expiry of the previous anti-dumping duty, introduced in 2016, and a request for a review by the European Steel Association ‘Eurofer’.
