Smart cities, EU aid deemed too fragmented by EU Court of Auditors

The Lighthouse programme has supported cities in their efforts to deploy solutions to make them smarter, but on Monday 30 October the EU’s Court of Auditors deplored the lack of coordination between EU initiatives and public and private funding.
