European cooperation against terrorism is intensifying thanks to increased information sharing with Eurojust

31/10/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Union is stepping up its fight against terrorism with the entry into force of an amendment to the regulation on Eurojust, the EU agency for justice cooperation, on Tuesday, 31 October. This measure aims to improve judicial authorities’ communication regarding terrorism cases via the European Judicial Counter-Terrorism Register (CTR), which was launched in 2019 (see EUROPE B12131A32).
