EU Council validates agreement with European Parliament on green bonds

19/10/23 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 18 October, the Member States’ ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) approved the provisional agreement with the European Parliament on the creation of ‘European Green Bonds’ (EuGB) (see EUROPE B13132A17). The European Parliament validated the agreement during its plenary session earlier this month (see EUROPE B13265A24).
