EU Council adopts its position on reform of electricity market

17/10/2023 (Agence Europe) – At their EU Council meeting on Tuesday 17 October, the European energy ministers reached an agreement on the reform of the electricity market. After several months of negotiations, the Council of the EU has now adopted a position that will allow negotiations to begin with the European Parliament (see EUROPE B13250A19).
