ESMA withdraws recognition decision of South African central counterparty

02/10/23 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 29 September, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) withdrew the recognition decision of JSE Clear, a central counterparty (CCP) based in South Africa.
