European Commission opens single online platform for Member State notifications

From now on, the “single notification window”—the online platform launched by the European Commission on Tuesday, 19 September—will be the single point for receiving Member States’ notifications regarding the functioning of the internal market. According to the European Commission, the new platform covers more than 500 types of notifications.

It concerns the obligations included in various legislative texts that have to do with the internal market, such as the Single Market...
