Josep Borrell announces ministerial meeting in Kyiv in coming weeks

19/09/23 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 18 September, following an informal meeting of European foreign affairs ministers in New York, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, announced a meeting in Kyiv in the coming weeks. “We will convene a meeting of EU foreign affairs ministers in Kyiv soon”, he explained, without wishing to be more specific about the date.
