EU appoints two new force commanders for missions in Africa

19/09/23 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday, 19 September, the Council of the European Union officially appointed—with publication in the Official Journal—Italy’s Colonel Antonio Stasi as EU Mission Force Commander for the European Union Military Partnership Mission in Niger (EUMPM Niger) as of 19 September 2023.
