07/09/23 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 7 September, Google announced that, from November, advertisements generated by its services will have to indicate whether an artificial intelligence (AI) tool was used in their design. This decision by the US digital giant comes as 2024 will be marked by the US presidential elections and the European elections, by which time negotiators from the European Parliament and the Council of the EU hope to have reached an Interinstitutional Agreement on AI...
