European Commission reviews rules on air traffic management and air navigation services

On Friday 14 July, the European Commission adopted a draft delegated act on detailed rules for the certification and declaration of air traffic management and air navigation services (ATM/ANS) systems and their constituents. 

The draft delegated act was presented to the EU Council’s Air Safety expert group, which includes representatives of the Member States, at its meeting on Wednesday 28 June, according to a transmission note dated Monday 24 July.
