European leaders should call for a speedy resumption of negotiations on Cyprus question

According to draft conclusions dated 27 June, the European Council should call for a speedy resumption of negotiations with a view to a comprehensive settlement of the Cyprus question.

The EU is “ready to play an active role in supporting all stages of the UN-led process, with all appropriate means at its disposal”, the text stresses.
