ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banks

The SOCIETE GENERALE will acquire from DEUTSCHE BANK its European credit-deposit activities for a total of EUR 1 billion, according to the Le Figaro. The operation concerns the two specialised financing companies, BEFA (long-term car credit-deposit for company fleets) and ALD (financing for equipment for companies).
