European Parliament and EU Council reach agreement on TEN-T network

The Council of the EU and the European Parliament reached a provisional agreement on Monday evening (18 December) on a revised regulation on EU guidelines for the development of the trans-European transport network (TEN-T) (see EUROPE B13315A27).
