Following European Commission’s statement of objections, Adobe decides not to acquire Figma

19/12/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 19 December, the European Commission announced that it had taken note of the decision by the software company Adobe (USA) to terminate its agreement to acquire control of online collaboration tools provider Figma (USA). The Commission subsequently indicated that this ends its investigation into the merger. The proposed acquisition was notified to the Commission on 30 June.
