European Commission receives second payment request from Lithuania and Estonia under Recovery and Resilience Facility

19/12/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 19 December, the European Commission received Lithuania’s second payment request for €360 million in loans net of pre-financing and Estonia’s second payment request under the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), for a payment of €122.3 million in grants net of pre-financing (see EUROPE B13316A18).
