Network of coordinators under DSA, European Commission approves Italy’s designation of its national competent authority

30/10/23 (Agence Europe) – Following on from the French and Irish authorities (see EUROPE B13277A18), on Monday 30 October the European Commission signed an administrative agreement with the Italian media regulator (AGCOM) to support its supervisory powers under the Digital Services Act (DSA) (see EUROPE B13276A14).
