EU Council negotiating mandate on blood, tissues and cells proposal

27/10/23 (Agence Europe) – The Council of the EU’s negotiating mandate on the proposal for a regulation on blood, tissues and cells was adopted on Wednesday 25 October by the Committee of Permanent Representatives of the Member States to the EU (Coreper). The text of the mandate has been made public (see EUROPE B13279A17).
